        Information 
        To place an order, call toll free 1-800-922-9981, 9:00 AM to 
		4PM CST. 
         
        When placing orders, please ask for the order department. If your shipping address is
        different than the billing address, please specify this and give us the ship to address.
        If you have special delivery hours or days, or any other delivery requirements, please
        specify this as well. 
         
        If ordering for the first time, please indicate so, then give us your telephone number
        starting with the area code followed by your full business name, address, ship to address
        if different than mailing, and your full name. 
         
        When ordering, please specify quantity, product #, description and color. 
        WE WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IF YOU FOLLOW THE ABOVE PROCEDURE SINCE IT REDUCES ERRORS,
        GENERALLY SPEEDS UP PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER AND GIVES US MORE TIME TO IMPROVE OUR
        CUSTOMER SERVICE. 
         
        Terms and Conditions 
        All orders are C.O.D., payment in advance. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American
        Express and C.O.D. payments. You can avoid C.O.D. fees by prepaying with your credit card.
        The actual amount billed to your credit card will include tax (if in the state of New York
        or New Jersey) and shipping charges. $350.00 MAXIMUM C.O.D. amount for all new customers
        and first time orders. A $25.00 service charge will be added to all RETURNED CHECKS. NO
        EXCEPTIONS. Future payments will have to be C.O.D., certified check, money order or cash. 
         
        Corporate Accounts 
        If you would like to open an account, please ask our sales department to fax you a credit
        application. All new applications are run through our credit department. We request at
        least 3 credit references and your bank information. Please allow at least 2 working days
        for the application to be processed. All orders must be prepaid or shipped C.O.D. until
        credit is cleared. Terms otherwise are Net 30 Days. If you need product immediately and
        cannot wait for the time to process your application, you may pay for your order by credit
        card when you place it. We reserve the right to deny credit. Township, DOT, university,
        school, government, and corporate purchase orders are welcome (with prior credit
        approval).

        Freight Policy/Shipping 
        We ship by UPS, FedEx and common carrier. All fees detailed here are our costs, passed on
        to our customers. We do not make any profit on freight. 
        Orders over 24 gallons are usually shipped common carrier. Less than 24 gallons will
        either ship UPS or FedEx unless otherwise advised from our customers. We check 2 or 3
        common carriers for price comparison before shipping to be sure to give you the best cost
        on your shipping expenses. All 1-gallon cans are boxed in certified shipping cartons for
        UPS shipment. Certain higher priced items will be packed for UPS shipment in foam packing
        for added safety. All 5 gallon cans shipped UPS are boxed individually. Common carrier
        shipments are palletized. 
         
        Freight Prepaid Minimum 
        All orders of 100 gallons or more (not including reducers) ship Freight Prepaid* -
        Orders of less than 100 gallons are shipped F.O.B. Amityville, New York 11701. 
        *Note: Some out of the way shipping points that receive indirect service by major
        freight carriers (interline points) will incur a partial shipping charge even when the
        prepaid minimum has been met. We will prorate the freight charges and charge you for a
        portion of the cost. Please check with your MAGNET sales representative or our customer
        service department for complete details on areas affected by this policy. 
         
        UPS Charges 
        All packaging charges have been eliminated. Invoicing will include miscellaneous
        charges that are comprised of C.O.D. fees and hazardous materials shipping charges when
        applicable. 
         
        UPS C.O.D. Fee 
        The UPS C.O.D. fee is $7.00 on the total order. NOTE: UPS will no longer accept
        cash C.O.D. payments. A company check or money order is acceptable. Please ask to be
        called with your total so that your check can be ready upon delivery. 
         
        Common Carrier C.O.D. Fee 
        Most of our carriers charge a flat $15.00 C.O.D. fee up to $1000. Over $1000 the
        C.O.D. fee is calculated at 1.5% of the total C.O.D. amount. There are NO hazardous
        charges on common carrier shipments. 
        Hazardous Charges for Flammable Items Shipped via UPS 
        Flammable items (Click Here for a list of flammable items), when shipped via UPS only,
        will include a $20.00 hazardous materials shipping charge per carton, 4-gallon case or per
        5 gallon pail that contains flammables. This is a UPS mandatory charge and ONLY applies to
        flammables.

        Estimating Your Costs for Shipping 
        Shipping will vary depending upon your location. UPS rates vary from $2.25 through $6.25
        per gallon. Keep in mind that with the savings MAGNET offers customers on our high quality
        finishing products, even after adding freight charges, the typical savings is 30 to 60%
        over products you currently purchase. The rates below illustrate the costs to ship 4
        gallons of paint weighing 40 lbs. to every point in the US.

        Returns 
        All RETURNS are subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge except for a defective
        product or shipment error. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and an RA#
        (Return Authorization) from Customer Service. No returns accepted 30 days after purchase
        date, regardless of reason. RA# must be placed on all returned goods. 
        ALL DAMAGED SHIPMENTS are to be claimed with the carrier including concealed damaged
        shipments packaged in boxes. It is very important that you immediately and thoroughly
        inspect all arriving shipments for damage. DO NOT ACCEPT OR USE DAMAGED SHIPMENTS without
        prior approval from our offices or from the carrier.
